Backorder Policy

Very rarely will EssentialOilsHealth not have your product (100% pure and organic essential oil) in stock. If it does, we will Email you that it is backordered and give you an estimated time for shipping. You will have the option to wait or receive an immediate credit. The choice is yours.

Damaged Goods Policy

EssentialOilsHealth will refund you the total cost of the damaged good plus shipping charges for both the purchase and the return. EssentialOilsHealth does require an Email to support@essentialoilshealth.com with the type of damage. Approval will be granted within 24 hours.
